I *love* this job!: http://css.sbcma.com/timj/acronyms/

I just looked at that list for the first time. Nice job. Tim!

However.........you knew it was coming.......right?.....

IIRC, HWMNBN has only ever been applied to a single specific
individual within this group.......thus far, anyway. A brief
explanation of the circumstances might not be entirely out of
order......one need not necessarily even name HWMNBN.

I await your definition. . . I am but the keeper.

None to offer......just a passing thought.

I don't recall whether the acronym "POTY" has ever been used here,
but I'm fairly certain that the expression it abbreviates has. A
possible candidate for inclusion?

I've seen it used on other groups as "program of the year", but I'm
assuming, for ROFF purposes, you mean "post of the year".

Yep.

I understand the limitations of space, and the definition of

"SPLORK
VANG MU" is accurate and witty enough, but it seems to me that a
fuller exposition of the peculiar relevance to ROFF (as well as

due
recognition of the roles of the principals) might make it even
better....

This goody came into play before my arrival here. I'll need
enlightenment.

Perhaps just a mention that the latter two terms are eponymous and
immortalize two of our own.

....um........OMN.

?? (too tired to try)

Or Maybe Not.

W

That *must* stand for Walter, 'cause we all know Wolfgang isn't your
real name.

Well, perhaps not "all" of us.......ask Kennie.

I've adjusted the definition slightly, but no names were given.

Yep.

Done. I suppose I'll need to add POTD[ecade] and POTC[entury] next. When
will it end?

I understand the limitations of space,

Limitations? We don't need no steenkin' limitations.

Okay - the judges said that one can be entered, but it was a split
decision.

Stands to reason......under the circumstances.

I may make it there this year. Padishar Creel and I talked about going,

but
something distracted us last year. Oh yeah, the river walk in San Antonio
called and I just had to visit.

Randy, lets go to this Spey Clave. I talked with Ron Lauzon last night about
taking some Spey Casting lessons. They are pretty reasonable for one-on-one
or for two? Hell, if I were into golf, I would be taking lessons and he
offers them in the evening and on weekends as well as a 'school' thing. My
Spey casting could use a LOT of improvement...

Yes, I'm planning on attending the Sandy River Spey Clave on May 14-15,
along the Washington/Oregon border. I believe there will be a few
Roffians
there, sounds like a lot of fun.
