| I could live with 16.5 " for fluke. | In NY and Conn it's 17.5". | Yeah, I heard about that. Many boats out of Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, NY, come and fish the Jersey Shore and they can fish the same waters as Jersey party boats but they have the limit because they start and return to NY waters.
