Fly fishing in Norway?

I fished there 20 years ago, in the Valdres region and near the Sogne
fijord on the west coast. I fished small streams for brown trout,
because the big rivers were running high in June. Also, the big salmon
and seatrout rivers were mostly privately-owned, and one had to pay big
fees to fish a limited stretch of river. I was told the best time to
fish for the big sea-run brown trout was in September, for what it's
worth.
