Man, that was a good bait in its day. Wonder whatever happened to Gil.

I HAVE found a bait that I like on the DS so much that I don't miss having
the belly shads. I caught hundreds of bass last year, up to 7-7 on one
size/model/color worm on the drop shot.

4", flat tail (IE, non twister tail) ringworm in Motor Oil.

Actually the particular bait I like is rather large for a 4" worm. I've
got it in ha'f-a-dozen colors, but I rarely even put one on other than
the motor oil, but that one, I went through several hundred last season.

Just kidding, the Grape/Blue Pearl tail ring worm is my dropshot staple
:-)... As well as a Pearl 3" Senko .......
