Please do not suggest Solar Bat.

I cannot find my favorite H2Optix anymore, not even on eBay! I lost my
last pair on Lake Barkley in April and since then I've been wearing a
pair of Solar Bats, but do not like them. Both rubbery nose pieces have
now fallen off and lost, as well as the little rubbery grip things on the
sides that were suppose to keep them from falling off of your head. Now
they are hurting my nose...

What are you wearing? And why? Or if anyone knows where I can find a new
pair of H2Optix *Captiva* sunglasses... let me know.

Thanks,
Charles

No... actually they're the ones that are still good. It's the pair that I
bought afterward that screwed up. I'm getting ready to contact Solar Bat
just to see how well of a customer service department they have.

I have my receipt for the ones I bought... but not here, right now. I really
shouldn't need them just to get replacement nose pieces... right?

Want to hear of a company with easy to deal with customer support? Extang...
the makers of tonneau covers. I bought one through a web-site for my truck
and one of the corners were busted. Instead of calling the dealer like I
should have done... I called Extang, explained the situation and was
promptly shipped a package of two. She didn't ask any questions except for
my shipping information and apologised for my inconvience that was probably
more the shippers fault than the companys. I'll deal with these guys
again... that's for sure.

I'll let y'all know about my experience with Solar Bat.
