Sturgeon are considered great table fare around here. I'm not a fish eater, but I can tolerate sturgeon meat. My neighbor, who I gave this one to, cooked up some yesterday and I tried it. It was just like chicken! (as they say about all weird meat) But really, it did. It is very mild and has virtually no odor. He rolled it in unbleached flour, added some garlic salt and a fish seasoning he bought somewhere, and it was rather good - very mild. |
