Congrats, in the biggest way possible.

Thanks Myron, I hope your casting hand gets well soon.

Glad to hear it, Ken. Here's hoping it continues to disappear.

Thanks R, if I knew then what I know now I'd have taken you
up on those Rose Bowl tix.

Well, if it makes it any easier to take and based on reports from those
at the game, it would seem your being there would have not done your
health one bit of good...OTOH, from those same reports, game excepted,
all had a good time.

The chemo I was on wasn't working, it kept the kidneys from
getting worse but it wasn't making them any better, so I
decided to spend January at the Mayo Clinic getting Rituximab
infusions every week as part of a clinical trial. After taking
all the preliminary tests the Mayo nephrologist informed me
that I was going into remission all on my own !!

I'm not in total remission yet but I'm heading that way at a
rapid pace. This ****ty disease is disappearing as mysteriously
as it appeared 21 months ago. I'm still trying to wrap my head
around this fantastic paradigm shift.

OBROFF: I wet a line in SE Minnesota's Beaver Creek for awhile
Sunday afternoon. The catching was slow but the fishing was great.
