It's called "Possession Limit". There are also laws on distributing wildlife. The intention is, if you catch it you gotta eat it and you can't fish again until you do. When managing a resource this makes fair sense to me me. So, by definition, there is already a law that limits how many times a year a person can go catch a limit. So, Yes. |
