As well as statutory. Er, no. The page was 17, so age-wise, it was consensual. The alcohol issue, from a criminal rape standpoint, is iffy at best, and AFAIK, the page never made such an accusation. That said, it was _significantly_ more improper than what Foley was alleged to have done in that Foley didn't engage in sexual relations with pages, of consensual age or otherwise. HTH, R Dave
