Thanks for the reply... I actually decided on the Die Hard Group 34 AGM.
The big daddy. After looking at the trolling motor prices and reviews, I
decided to stick with my Minn Kota Power Drive|55 AP. Therefore, I went
for the biggest bang for my buck since I'm sticking to only 12 volts.
I really wanted to get away from the Minn Kota, but none of the Motorguide
24's have very good reviews in the bow mount foot control class.
Those things are waaaaay more expensive than I had thought they would be.
I was just looking for a rack n pinion with around 70+ lbs and shoot, they
start at around $600.00 bucks!

Good thing you didn't get one. The rack and pinion steering motors suck.
The push pull cable setup in the Tour Editions are far superior, but yes
they do cost more.
