What type of rod would you recommend ro fishing in a marina amongst the boats.
You don't have to cast far but you sure have to accurate. I was thinking either a spincast where you could feather the line or a medium light 5.5' with a spirex 1000. I found a place to fish next year that looks promising but there is a lot of parked and moving boats. |

The Loomis SJR 641 5'4"is a good rod for your purpose and length, is also a
good shallow vertical jig or shallow water finesse rod. If you can live with the length the SJR721 is another awesome 8 lb test rod or SJR722 for 10 lb test. All have lots of backbone. |
