I'll say this about my rig,, I have never been outfished by anyone not
using it. I understand if "you" can't control your lure to make
inactive fish strike it,, but I can, so can anyone who practices just a
little, with my rig, you can also make very natural action with it,, I
guess you just shook your pole, and said well ain't that crap. It is a
remote control "you" control it, it does not have to go crazy unless
"you" make it do it.

SUre it's a glorified elastic,, so what, no one else had ever thought of
it before, it does what nothing else has ever done. If I had made it
complicated who would want to throw it on the end of their line ?

their living fishing tournaments use them. The TOP names in fishing use them

Yes my hook is a bent piece of wire,, guess what,, look in "your" tackle
box,, all of them are. Of course mine is just a modified hook, but that
can something none other can. Of course the Rock Hopper is a modified
weight, but it works better than anything else out there.

Do you really think companies pay inventors for snake oil,, why don't
you give it a try, invent something in fishing and get it licensed to a
tackle manufacturer,, I mean heck, if I can do it surely you can, then
you won't be needing sponsors

I came here offering free stuff, and let it speak for it's self, you've
tried to belittle me and to talk others out of taking it,, why is that

My knot tool Warren was invented for people loosing their sight,
actually for my Dad, what are you going to do when you get old and can't
see to tie you hooks on,, quit fishing ?

WEll I have said my piece,, I will send out what I promised to, the JUry
is out, we will let them see,, but I guess you will call them dumb for
using it, but maybe they are smarter than you, maybe they feel they
"can" control the action of their lures to catch fish, where you could not.

If these guys will slow down, and work their lures in one spot for a
couple of min. I will bet half will catch the biggest bass of their
lives this spring on the Long Shot.

I will tell you this Warren,, a very large number of the people here
asked for them.

We will let the members of this group decide that,, they don't need you
to protect them from something that cost them nothing. After a person
has practiced with this rig a bit and sees just what they can do with
it, they won't go back to drop shotting without it, many quit using
Texas and Carolina rigs completely, some just use it for fishing weed
pockets, way back behind log jams, and heavy bank weeds, where you just
can't work another lure, and places they would normally flip

It does not surprise me of your reluctance to let people here try it,
That you try to belittle it, I have seen rank amateurs whip pro's butts
when they used these rigs. The Pro's don't like it, even a little bit,
when that happens.

ANother reason for your reluctance is all of a sudden you can't advise
people on how to use "a" rig, that your not the group expert on it,,
kind'a knocks the old ego down a few notches, and the fact you didn't
think of it first, it is quite simple. Ray Scott had the same feeling,,
he beat his head against a column at the 2001 Classic, saying "Why
didn't I think of that", everyone was laughing, including Bill Dance.

I don't want to fight with you Warren, let the members here decide if it
has enough merit for them to use.

If I'm such a snake oil salesman, why did my Rock Hopper just make the
Bass Times for this month.

But That's really nothing

WE just had the Stand Out Hooks "independently" tested by two charter
boats for a week, deep sea fishing. They reported a """""100 percent""""
hook up rate, (no bait was lost without catching the fish), unheard of
in any fishing anywhere, the Captains could not, and still don't believe
it. Not only that, they reported a two to one bite over regularly rigged
hooks, when the fishing got slow, they moved the "cut" bait like drop
shotting, that instantly triggered strikes.

This new hook works much better than the current hooks for drop shotting
for bass,, for one, every Bass is top lip hooked,, every time, and no
need to fumble with the knot between catches, and when bass fishing with
live bait it works even better.

The members here will get to see for themselves soon, as I will make
sure they are the first to receive the new hooks ,(totally FREE) even
before they hit the market

It would be a no brainier, I've fished against "real" pro's with it

But You've got to be kidding, my time is much more valuable than what
that little tournament pays, and for making money from the people on
this group,, heck I will "give" them all the rigs they want.

You must remember, unlike you, I don't make and sell these, or any of my
other tackle products, I don't market them, I just collect checks

The small numbers of members of this group, mean nothing to my bottom
line, what they think means nothing to my bottom line, so there is no
"money" to me, involved here.

There are 36 million fishermen in this country, reaching them means
something to my bottom line. You don't reach them on this news group

I'm here, because I was here before I ever invented anything for
fishing, I like to show others better ways to enjoy fishing. ever since
I invented the first thing and started making my living from it, certain
people on here started giving me grief, instead of being happy for
someone actually doing it. If I had invented these things and just
posted them, and did not spend the thousands to apply for patents, and
do the work to get them licensed, and then start getting royalty checks,

As far as proof, in the right hands, my rig out fishes others for soft
plastics

I can show you a video of 47 bass "over" 5 lbs being caught in 4 1/2
hours, with two 9 Lbers caught back to back, of course I'm sure you will
call it faked,, no one can believe Bill Dance, Yet he did not make a
dime from Renosky doing the show, so why would he "want" to fake it.

Now it is even better than it was, much more subtle control possible,
much lighter weight thrown, much smaller lures can be used.

You guys just don't understand this,, it is not a lure, it is a rig, and
a technique. you still need to "choose" the lure and how you fish the
rig. At it's worst it is just drop shotting, something that won many
national tournaments last year



No it's not for all fishing conditions,, just those where drop shotting,
flipping, pitching, and bottom soft plastic rigs are productive,, as
well as shallow top water condition, sight fishing, weed pockets, and
bedding fish .

It's another piece of equipment, that if mastered, produces AWESOME fish.

I have never seen a bass in shallow water I did not catch.

Last year my son and his friend were fishing a small farm pond, where
you could see bass every where, they threw everything they had, until
my son put a 4 inch worm on one of these new long shots, with a 1/4
ounce weight, he then caught 19 bass in 19 cast (he pitched in front
each of them) he friend was totally skunked, and also mad as heck :-)

Unlike the "pole" shaker on here, that made his lures spastic with it,
The best technique is the death quiver, just tighten your line and
quiver your rod hand, bass can "feel" this action from over 20 feet away
next is the tail wiggle of a worm (what my son used in the farm pond)
tighten your line and tap your index finger in from of the reel seat at
the bottom,, just the end of the tail of the worm wiggles, now tell me
that does not work on bedding fish, with that worm right in the center
of the bed,, staying there until the bass hits it, heck tell me it won't
work in front of any bass,,

I've even had blue gill swallow half of an 8 inch worm "many times"
doing this. ( I love to tease the heck out of the gills like this )

The third most productive technique is slapping, when the fish are in
the weeds are shallow water,, now here you do make the soft plastic go
spastic, but it "must" be on the surface, throwing water everywhere, a
fluke, plastic minnow, or grub work best with slapping, we have on film
Mr. Dance catching a 12 lber this way.

Heck I even allowed a TV news station to put it to the test, in near
impossible fishing condition of a full algae bloom, every fish should
have been belly up in that pond, that can be seen on my web site. look
close at the water, we had a ZERO visibly water conditions, the News man
who is shown breaking off lost over a ten lber when his line broke, my
son was in the boat with him , and it tail walked for them.
