Having never heard of Robbinsville (as hard as that might be for someone
from Graham County, wherever that is, to believe), I made the
connection: Danl lives in San Diego, San Jose (where Charlie's going) is
(probably) in the SF Bay Area. Aha! These "troutlings" Danl's talking
about might be wild, native trout, possibly even golden trout, somewhere
in the southern Sierras. That's hard to resist, even if they are puny.

So sue me. :-)

Guess I should have said "I may wander up that way before we leave". I expect
it will be sometime the week after new years when we get to San Jose.
