I'm going to be in sacremento (go kings!) first part of august. My dad
and I have some "favorite spots" in the Tahoe area, but i would like to expand my experience a little. Anyone know of any must fish spots. I must tell you that I fish the henrys fork and the south fork all the time so my expectations are high. Any info would be great Thanks Runsrealfast |

By now I would think it's starting to settle, enough to dip the flies. Here's a link to Northern Calif Fishing, scroll down to the Upper and Lower Sac and also view the contacts. It's always good to call ahead for the current conditions and patterns to use. http://www.shastacascade.org/fishreport.htm good luck, -tom |

Make sure you let them know what your looking for(trout steelhead, bass, stripers ect...), or you may not get the info you're looking for. You'll be within a few hours of some of the best fishing California has to offer. http://www.kiene.com/ brians |
